The projecthealth committee includes members from Norfolk Association for Community Living, Canadian Mental Health Association, Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit, Ontario Power Generation, Cedarwood Village and other interested community members. Committee members are concerned about the health of adults and share the belief that there is a close link between healthy workplaces and healthy individuals. Projecthealth and Haldimand-Norfolk Health at Work program partnered together to bring information, events and resources to workplaces in Haldimand and Norfolk. Workplace Networking Sessions are held three times each year. These FREE breakfast meetings feature a chance for workplaces to share what health initiatives they are doing, and attend a workshop on topics such as stress and nutrition. These networking breakfasts are intended for managers, human resources representatives, health and safety committee members and anyone else with a role in employee health and wellness. Call 519-426-6170 ext. 3236 for more information or to register for the breakfast.
